16 FRIDAY - AUGUST 1974 BENNINGTON BATTLE DAY (V.T.) - 228TH DAY - 137 DAYS TO COME
Call from Felicia. She rcd. my NO WAY contract, she would have liked me to come in and sign it but I said that I'd rather wait until the Aladdin contract also came. We'll check next Monday.
Letter from Graeme Levin. Mentions [illegible strikeout] HARE & TORTOISE, CONFRONTATION, ELECTION, RAT RACE, GOLD RUSH, VENTURE, and G&P.
Call from Howard Wexler. Asked me the rules of OH-WAH-REE and I gave him the info.
He said that the movement in games is very slow and he is concentrating on developing toys. If he gets a game idea he'll do something with it, but he won't look for game ideas. I asked about CONNECT FOUR and he said it was doing much better that MB [Milton Bradley] had expected it would. They will noe put advertising behind it.
Call from Phil Orbanes with some questions on the play of THE SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN,
He asked if I knew of a game ALL BETS DOWN by Owasso Games. No. Their lawyers found it when searching the name for PLACE YOUR BETS, which is the name they intend to use for their home version of the TV game DEALER'S CHOICE.
2nd call from Felicia. She got a call from Aladdin's lawyer concerning the contract for TOTALLY--, INTERSECTION, PUSHOVER, and THE BRAIN GAME. The contract will be air mailed today.
