If the player has two or less cards, he can't be ripped-off. When a player lands on or next to an opponent, he can try a "swindle." He can ask for one of the "Stolen Goods" cards. The opponent can give it to him to say "Take me to court." The swindler can then quit or can put another marker in the court. The swindlee can then quit and give up the card, or can put his marker in court. If both go to court the swindler must show a "Title" card for the "Stolen Goods" or he loses the case and gives $300,000 to the swindlee. If he has the "Title" and the swindlee does not, the swindler gets the card and $300,000. If the swindler also has a "Title" card he keeps the "Stolen Goods" and collects $300,000 from the swindler. when a player lands on A player can "swindle" more than one player on a time move if in proper position and can also do another thing on the same move.
