Steve Brodie called and arranged to bring copies of ELECTION and HARE & TORTOISE on his way to Connecticut.
He gave me two cards from a new store "Games Gallery" 333 W. 57th St. - John C. Stephenson. It specialized in adult games. It opened a few months ago and it has been holding its own, although this is the slow season. Steve has told him about me and John would like to meet me. Steve will try to arrange some publicity for the store.
To Claude's with BB and ate there, Watched THE SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN. Played 5-hand RIP-OFF. there are 8 different "Stolen Goods" with 2 cards for each and also 2 "Title" cards for each, making 16 cards in each set. (But Claude will probably increase this to 10 items, making 20 cards in each set.) Each player is dealt 2 "Stolen Goods" cards which are kept face up, and 2 "Title" cards which are kept secret. Each player also starts with $1,000,000.
Players start at "start" space. Throw 2 dice and can move in either direction along track. With double can move one die or both. When land on "Stolen Goods" take the top card (all are face up) free. When land on "T" may buy the top "Title" card
