Played REALM with Al Richter quite a few times and with my new rule it is possible for either player to win. Devised a method for keeping track of when a player was permitted to make a double move. Gave Al a set.

Played 4-hand THE GOOD EARTH. When I told them that it was a game for 5 to 8 year olds they were reluctant - but they liked it.

A player can sow [?] from any pit with at least one of his color in it. Sowing is counter-clockwise. When a player ends in a pit with 3 or 4 pebbles he takes all of the opponents pebbles from the pit. If there is only one of his color remaining he can move it to any pit, but cannot capture with this move. A player wins by
