JUNE 1974 - THURSDAY 6
157TH DAY - 208 DAYS TO COME

Call from Claude. In Minneapolis he saw (and later I
learned he bought) a copy of MATHEMATICAL GAMES by Lukács
and Tarján, which I already have. We made date for next Monday.
He told me of
Called Mike Alber and asked about THE INVENTORS and PRO DRAFT. They
will be ready in the next few weeks and he'll call me.
Asked him about the "Parker Game Museum." They will not move
to a new office building for some two years. He hasn't heard
anything about a museum, but he'll check. He also never saw a
TIMES clipping on a "Parker Library".
The "Archives" have been completely cross referenced and each
game checked and shrink-wrapped. It took 6 people 6 months.

Working on game diary.

Played PURSUIT! with Dave Horn and he didn't like it.
He and Susan played SHIFTY CHECKERS and they like it.
Then we played a number of games of CONNECT FOUR, which
we all liked.
Looked at SIDETRACK and saw that the rules made no sense at all.
