Played a game with Laurie - with Dave helping her. Played 4-hand <u>HEX-MATCH</u> and Barbara said she liked it at least as much as <u>SHAPE AND SHAT..."

<u>Irving Kessoff</u> is the new game buyer at Brentanos and
<u>Bert Holtzman</u> will take over <u>Dorothy Shapiro</u>'s job.<br>
She says that some games will be shown at the "American
Bookseller's Convention" in Washington. She'll keep an eye open for
things of interest to me.<br>
- Roylon. The fellow there was not empowered to give me review copies
but let me look at the display. The company is now located at
226 Fifth Ave., New York, N.Y. 10001. <u>DEAL-A-TILE</u> - Tiles with card symbols

same as <u>MATTIX</u>. <u>TAKE ALL</u>, <u>SPELL BOUND</u>, <u>ON GUARD</u>, <u>STACK-UP</u>. The
above are all Or-Da games and I have info on them. <u>CROSS WISE</u>
has the Roylon name. There is a large x'word layout in plastic. 2 play
and each has a book of definitions and tries to fill in as many
as possible spaces with pencil of his color.<br>
