Played 4-hand <u>INTERSECTION</u> and then <u>HEX-MATCH</u>, also
4-hand. Divided the 27 pcs. with the last to play getting 6
instead of 7. When a player goes out the others score 1 point against
for each remaining pc. [piece] Play 4 rounds. The first to play can put
[illegible strikeout] the pc. [piece] in any space he wishes.<br>
Later thought of an idea for <u>HEX-MATCH</u> solitaire. The first pc. [piece]
is put in the center. Then a certain number are turned face up. If none
of these will match two rings of the first, they are turned face down
and another group turned up. After the first match, each match
must be at least 3 rings - with no reward for more than three.
After each match a new pc. [piece] is turned. Win if all 27 are played.
