Call from Felicia. She had a letter from Burt Huber. The produc-
tion work on HONORABLE RELATIONS is completed but it is being held
up while their new development manager (who, Felicia previously
told me, came from Hallmark in Canada) decides which way to
go. It won't be introduced this spring. If we have any ideas on
their direction, they welcome our comments.
Felicia feels that they did not start with their strongest items.
She told Alan Newman about Aladdin. He said that he had bought
TRIPPPLES about 4 months ago and he and his friends can't play it.
He has made FERRET simpler again. She doesn't know if she
wants to handle it. She intends to concentrate on juvenile items.
Got idea for a "Coffee Break" game - INTERSECTION. Use 25 colored
discs (3-4-5-6-7). These are placed at random on a 5x5 grid.
One player places an arrow pointing to a row. Other player places
an arrow pointing at a column and takes the disc at the inter-
section. Continue in turn moving arrows until a player is not able
to take a disc. Score for the number of the same color as follows:-
1-1, 2-3, 3-6, 4-10, 5-15, 6-21, 7-28. Double this is only one player
has that color. Made a board.
Called Claude and told him that I had a "Coffee Break" game for
him to show to Howard Wexler. He suggested that I call -

I said that the "Coffee Break" idea was
his. He said, "O.k. give me 5% of what you
make on it." Fine.
Called Wexler and he was glad to hear from me. Told him
that I had one "Coffee Break" game and probably could
have one or two more. Made date for me to show it (them) to
him 3/13/74 and 2:00 p.m.
He is interested in family-fun (as contrasted to abstract
