Rcd. [received] letter from <u>Warren Buell</u> that he rcd. [received] <u>HOLIDAY</u>.
Call from <u>Terry Seymour</u> (spelling?), <u>Mickey Mackay</u>'s assistant.
She was writing a publicity piece on a new <u>CHECKERS</u> packaging.
She asked if I could recommend a book with some history
and "romance" connected with a game. Looked at a number of books
but the only one with much of value was H.J.R. Murray's
''<u>A HISTORY OF BOARD-GAMES OTHER THAN CHESS</u>''. She'll try to get it
out of the library. If she can't she'll call me Monday and I'll
bring it there Tuesday. She said that she would like to see my
collection and we'll set up a date after Toy Fair.  <br>
<u>Mary Curtis</u> has completed her paper and Mickey told her that
she could come to M.B. [Milton Bradley] to make repros [reproductions] for Mickey and for me.
Sent a copy of ''<u>AGOG</u>'' to <u>Robert E. Horn</u>.
To <u>Claude</u>'s. He gave me 30 very small boxes as a birthday present
and the three children gave me 12 colored tile folders and 13 black
sheets with plastic overs. I brought <u>PATTON</u> as a present for
Raymond, who is favorably acquainted with the R.G.I. line.  <br>
Claude gave me a handwritten copy of rules for a Bavarian Card
<u>GAME</u>, which seems to be a minor <u>SKAT</u> variant. (Filed in Soucie folder)  <br>
Played Claude's new attempt at <u>TEN LITTLE INDIANS</u> (see 9/6/72).
Didn't take the layout of the board. When a player cannot play, the
player who went before can ask him for a card - same as on
a question mark (?). The scoring system Claude had was 1 point for
"killing a suspect", - 15 points for getting the murdered, and - 20 points
for a wrong guess. Played 6 hand, including Jackie & Richie. It
was slow moving and BB (I believe) suggested a question each  <br>
