Rcd. [received] an X'mas [Christmas] card from Pam and <u>Don Turnbull</u>. No message.

Looked at <u>LOTTO</u> and found a note on its history in
''<u>THE YOUNG FOLKS' CYCLOPEDIA OF GAMES AND SPORTS</u>''. Looked at
"''Encyclopedia Britanica''" and they didn't have anything on the
history. In the old German catalog reproduction I bought
in 1971 - ''<u>THE AMAZING CATALOG OF THE ESTEEMED FIRM OF GEORGE
HIERONIMUS BESTEMEIER</u> (1793 and 1807) I found two <u>LOTTO</u> sets.

<u>Phil Orbanes</u> called before I returned home. He told BB to tell me
that he was sorry that he didn't get the chance to talk to me
more today and that I can call him at the office tomorrow if I
have any questions. There is no hurry on further p & p games
since he won't see Manny to give him the ones he has already
until the end of this week.

Call from <u>Claude</u>. Anne found a Macy's ad in Sunday's ''<u>NEWS</u>''.
It had <u>ACQUIRE</u> and <u>THE RIGHT CONNECTIONS</u>. Claude is not sure
about <u>FITTING & PROPER</u>. He has it for me.

In connection with M.B.'s [Milton Bradley's] <u>KING OIL</u> I mentioned <u>GUSHER</u>.
Mickie wanted to know about the company and date. Told her
I'd tell her when she calls tomorrow.
