Call from Felicia. She just had lunch with Dorothy Shapiro. Dottie is "mad at me" because I haven't dropped by with copies of S & T. Told Felicia I would do it.
Dottie is crazy about TRIPPPLES and keeps pushing it. Brentanos has run out of BALI and can't get reorders from S & R. [Selchow & Righter] Dottie didn't know that PATTON and HOLIDAY were mine. She just rcd. [received] the puzzle-games. Felicia told her that FITTING AND PROPER and THE RIGHT CONNECTIONS were mine and the two of them changed the display to them in front.
Felicia didn't see any copies of SLEUTH but forgot to ask
Dottie about it.
Felicia stopped at Hallmark Gallery and asked how the puzzle-games were doing. O.K.
Incidentally, Dottie said that the S.P.I. games were selling well.
2nd call. She couldn't find the ART DARTS ad in Sunday's paper. Helped her locate it.
She had a call from Bob Johnson. She, among other things, told him that I was working on PROFIT. He wasn't thrilled with the idea but said he'd look at it. He'll check with Burt Huber about the status of THE 31ST HEX and PUSHOVER.
She mentioned that the 3M games in England are being distributed by "Punch." (Later noticed that G & P is being distributed by "Punch Publications Ltd.")
3rd call. She spoke to Dick Harris of M.B. [Milton Bradley] about 3D BOXES and said that we were willing to drive up there to show it to him. He said he'd look at it when he was in town in about 4 weeks. I'll pick it up next time I am there and will work on new rules with 4 colors.
Hans Goldschmidt had told her that M.B. [Milton Bradley] was no longer giving royalties. She asked Dick Harris about this. It applies only to things for young children. They have their own staff to make revisions on existing things.
She'll call Kohler next Monday to try and set up a date to present POP-SHAPE-AND SHATTER on Wednesday or Tuesday. If Claude isn't ready with ECLIPSE she'll present my OVER 'N OVER instead.

Call from Bob Gellman. He just got a big reorder from F.A.O. Schwartz on HOLIDAY and PATTON. He is getting others also, and these are all in addition to the amounts in his previous
