Told her about ad for <u>ART DARTS</u> in yesterday's paper.<br>
2nd call. She had a letter from <u>Bob Johnson</u> saying that he didn't
have any games from her to evaluate. Previously he had indicated
that they weren't looking.<br>
We discussed what she could send of mine. Came up with <u>PROFIT</u>
and <u>SPECTRUM</u>. She was sure that Bob Johnson had seen
it. I thought that he hadn't, and certainly not since I made
the last change. (Checked in archives and they never saw it at
Hallmark at all.)<br>
3rd call. <u>PROFIT</u> was in too bad shape to send today. I'll take it
with me next time I am in and redo it.<br>
She was thinking of sending <u>ESPIONAGE</u> (see 4/27). Noticed
the Parker possibility of <u>ESPIONAGE</u> and realized that it must
be what later came out as <u>THE SIGMA FILE</u>.<br>
Told her that Hallmark had never seen <u>SPECTRUM</u> and she
agreed that she was mistaken. In connection with Hallmark's
new concern with the names of the games (when she asked
Bob Johnson whether what <u>Burt Huber</u> had said applied to
things submitted to him, he said he was afraid that it did)
I told her that there is a German game <u>SPECTRUM</u> and that
<u>SPECTRA</u> just came out in England.<br>
She also sent <u>HARDHAT</u> to Bob Johnson.<br>
