Dorothy Shapiro of Brentanos suggested that he call me. He
has invented a GAME similar in mechanism to SCRABBLE. He
showed it around a little and "Classic Games" is interested
in putting it out, as a start on non-standard games. He would
like to put it out himself. I told him the problems he would
run into. Whichever decision he makes he will send me a copy once
it is published.
I told him about my S&T column and he said that Dorothy had
given him a copy of the magazine.
Rcd. the game TREK, from Graeme Levin.
Called James Trager (see 2/1) to tell him that I haven't
forgotten about BAWDY BESS, but that I have been very busy.
He wasn't in so I left a message.
Called Werner Glaeser in answer to his letter of 4/30. Told him to
send me a glossy of QUADTRIPLE.
Rearranged the boxes in the basement to get the 12 large
ones against the flat (north) wall. Also got 28 of the [illegible strikeout]
34 boxes I picked up at my old office against that wall.
Rcd. a letter from Peter Pearce saying he had sent me
NETRESULTS, GREATSHAPES, and SNOWCRYSTALS (which I rcd. on 5/4).
He mentioned AGOG. Also sent their catalog.
Called Claude. He went to thrift shops Saturday so we
called off date for tomorrow. Date Thursday instead. He is
still on a vacation from games.
Finished copying the board and the pieces for
DECLINE & FALL.

- Skor-Mor. Spoke to Kenneth E. Richards. Asked about ARCHIEBALL.
He'll send me a copy. Also copies of their new ones:-
THE PETER PRINCIPLE GAME (took rules), and PRIME TIME. Took a
sheet with those two listed and also:- LUIGI BOARD,
PRIME TIME, YESTERYEAR, 5IVE STRAIGHT (object to get 5
in a row I think. (Richards is Merchandise and Sales Manager.)
- John N. Hansen. Just a quick look. Saw that they still had
LAND BARON.
- Golden's. their new games are:- SPIN THE BOTTLE GAME, FANTASY,
