Played two games of TRIPLE YAHTZEE by myself.
Call from Claude. He's taking a vacation from game creation. Made
a date to get together next Tuesday (after I bring in my
S & T column).
Rcd. a U.P.S. package with SNOWCRYSTALS, NETRESULTS, and GREAT SHAPES.
There is one piece missing in the latter. Tried to identify it but
couldn't find a pattern in the setup.

Phil Shoptaugh told me about his game LINES - he sent me
the patent on it. He has now simplified it greatly but is still
not sure Four Generations will do it. (Incidentally, he is
taking some of his royalties in stock so he'll have a stake in
the company.)
The board is as shown. Each player has the
following pcs.
[Two diagrams: The larger shows a roughly 4 x 4 grid of interconnected squares and hexagons. The smaller shows three different hexagon pieces along with a small square piece. These are all identical in size to the associated spaces on the board. There are 2 of one hex, 4 of another, 2 of a third one, and 8 of the squares.]
