Company who is interested in a GAME (see 5/1) to avoid any
possible conflict with Felicia. It is a company that is
not presently in games but, at Tom's suggestions, they are
moving into family games and will advertise them on TV.
They intend to come out with 4 or 5 (when?). I asked about
names of inventors. They don't intend to put them on, but
he can fight for it. I said I wasn't anxious.
So far this company has some games lined up but none,
unfortunately are thru him. I suggested TOP-O-LOGIC; it is
tied up elsewhere. I suggested NO WAY and he said that
it is a good idea but not completely resolved. He told me
about a game from a client called COSMIC TIME DELAY. From
his brief description it sounded as if it might be something
like 4000 AD. He'll look at it.
Told him about HIT THE JACKPOT and he liked it. I'll get
it to him ASAP.
He asked me how much agent's fee Felicia asks and I
said "I wondered when you were going to ask." Told him.
Alex has suggested raising his fee from 10% to 15% and
I told Tom that anything that is o.k. with Alex is o.k.
with me, without even having to ask me.
I gathered that they are getting NEO-CHESS back from
3M as soon as the inventory is sold out and that it will
be done elsewhere. (Where?)
Invited Tom & Alex to stop for supper tomorrow on their
way to Concord. He'll let me know.
Call from Bob Gellman (actually came before the one
from Tom Atwater). Rick Lewis can't make it Thursday
so we changed date to Friday at 10:30 to go over the
PATTON board.
