27 FRIDAY - APRIL 1973
117TH DAY - 248 DAYS TO COME

Call from Odette Willis. She rcd. [received] some additional material from Vittet on L'ANNEAU ENCHANTE DE TOM TIT. It is in French but I told her to send it on to me.
Vittet said that he rcd. [received] the copy of ACQUIRE she sent him and that he would play it with Pierre Berloquin.
Odette's return to France has been delayed indefinitely. Her present telephone number: {Odette Willis
{[telephone number]

Rcd. [received] a letter from Frank Armbruster said he'd match the surface price of $7.00 for G&P (which seems to be a dollar under) but not the air mail rate. (This was in answer to my earlier letter.
He's sending another copy of ARVESTA.

Called Zeke Rose. (He apologized for not calling me back.) The list prices are as follows: TRAP - under $5.00, AUCTIONEER - under $6.00, DEAR ABBY - under $4.50.
Mentioned Alabe and their MATOCA and REWORD. Zeke said that he would contact Alabe about sending me copies.

Calls to and from Felicia. She couldn't get thru to Stan Herfenist and finally asked me to call Karen. Did and she broke in on a conference and got a date at 3 p.m. (phone - [telephone number]) Downtown and told Felicia about finding WHAT'S IT WORTH TO YOU? She asked if there was anyone else we could how it to and I said that "Gamut of Games" might possibly be interested.
She was so excited with the model of 3D BOXES that she wasn't too much interested in other things.
Looked at a game ESPIONAGE. Each player (2 to 4 I believe) has four markers which are moved along a path, which has several short cuts and branches - including a river on which the marker moves in a rowboat. Movement is by two dice which can be used for one marker or one die each for two markers. Sending back is similar to PARCHEEISI. There are also sets of cards which help or hinder the player drawing them. When a marker reaches the end of the path the player draws a "code" card (actually a letter card from a PROBE set). If he wants a different card he must use the next turn getting it, discarding the previous card. Etc. Object is to spell a four letter word after having all four markers (agents) reach the end.
Parker sent back PRIME TIME & BUS STOP, but only half of each board - hinged together.
Together to Lakeside to see Stan Harfenist. He liked my model of 3D BOXES and we played a game - the simpler version. He kept Bernice's wig box so that he could send the model to Minneapolis for costing.
Got a 3UP glossy from Karen, and a list price - under $3.00. I asked if they preferred that I include Dr. Wexler's name or not. Not.
