3. On replacements, land does not have to be paid for again.<br>
4. A crossover can only replace a straight of way.<br>
5. A switch can replace a curve of a straight of way.<br>
6. A switch cannot replace a crossover.<br>
7. A crossover cannot replace a switch.<br>
