28 WEDNESDAY - MARCH 1973
87TH DAY - 278 DAYS TO COME
To Felicia. Played a little of SEE THE U.S.A. with her and she
liked it.
We played part of a game of Geroge Bredehorn's PURSUIT. At
first I found it interesting, but it soon bogged down. There
are 6 cubes as shown and a requirements list.

2 to 4 play. Each one takes a card which tells him which
of the 15 different carreers he will follow. This is kept secret.
Players in turn throw the six cubes and then arrange them so
that two of the same kind are next to each other. The player
[cube drawing] [illegible strikeout] covers spaces on his board for each set formed.
(In example - a "Connections," and "Education," and a "Luck.")
with a pair of "Take" he can take one of anything from another
player. With "Trade" he can trade one with any other player.
A "Wild" can be paired with any other type.
Players continue until they filled their requirements.
They announce this and then when they pair up "TAKE," instead of
taking they can ask any one opponent one of the following types
of questions:- "Are you ---?" or "Is --- one of your requirements?"
Object to discover all the other player's careers. (Fairly complete.)
Felicia showed me a set of rules for something called [illegible strikeout]
GAME WAR GAME. The basic play is like CHECKERS with
movement and jumping in a diagonal direction. Each player has 75 pieces as follows:
