30 THURSDAY - NOVEMBER 1972

ST. ANDREW APOSTLE - 335TH DAY - 31 DAYS TO COME
----
Call from <u>Arthur Wald</u> can't drive him tomorrow. So he
can't come. I said that as soon as I got myself to-
gether I'd go there to, among other things, see
<u>MOVE THE MOUNTAIN</u>.
Rcd. [received] Nov [November], <u>PLAYTHINGS</u> New products included <u>DECATHLON</u>
(''Sports Illustrated'') and <u>CHAOS</u> (Lakeside).
A news item on a sales rep being appointed mentioned
that three games will be coming out this season by
Jim's Lectra Matic: - <u>TORPEDO ATTACK</u>, <u>BASEBALL</u>, and <u>OPTION FOOTBALL</u>.
Call from <u>Stan Chess</u>. The date with him, Gail, and the <u>Brede-
horn</u>'s is on for 12/16. I'm to send George directions for get-
ting here from the Throgg's Neck Bridge [Throgs Neck Bridge].
<u>George</u> was contacted by <u>Becker</u> of Lakeside because of the
article in <u>NEWSDAY</u>. Becker is interested in acting as an a-
gent for George. He wants 50% saying he will do development.
George now wants to get in touch with <u>Felicia</u>. In fact Stanley
wanted to bring <u>CLUE-WORDS</u> and <u>MULLIGAN</u> to Felicia right away.
I told him to wait an hour and then call Felicia. I'd call
her before to brief her on George.
<s>Called Felicia but not in.</s>
Stan was not at his office but heard from his secretary
that there was a letter from <u>Graeme Levin</u> there. He
has not contacted Graeme so is curious to know what it's
about.
I called <u>Felicia</u> but she wasn't in. Left word with answering
service to have her call me.
<u>Jack Davis</u> called to ask me about the date of the <s>article on </s>column on
<u>MR. PRESIDENT</u> I left on 11/9. He was disappointed that it
was Jan. '72 [January 1972]. Told him <u>IMAGE</u> will be in <u>''BOOK WORLD''</u>.
He asked about the circulation of <u>''S & T''</u>. When I told him
about 5,000 he said he'd give it as "unknown" on his report.
Called <u>Claude</u> to tell him to bring <u>MANIPULATION</u> tomorrow. He
said he'd bring me his copy of <u>THE BOMB AND THE COMPUTER</u> and
get another for himself.
