7 TUESDAY - NOVEMBER 1972
GENERAL ELECTION DAY - 312TH DAY - 54 DAYS TO COME
Call from Herb Hochstetter. He hasn't been able to contact Lee Krost
about a date with Post. It will probably be next week. Told him I
couldn't make it Tuesday.
Rcd. a letter from Jerry D'Arcey. He had a heart attack and was in the
hospital. He has an idea for a great $1 item - TOP DOG.
Rcd. a letter from Alice McElhone about TRIPPPLES.
Call from Ken Morgan. His lawyer's son works for the S.E.C. A case
concerning R.G.I. merging with another company (which?) is before
the S.E.C. He'll let me know if he learns something concerning
MOVIE MOGULS or HOLIDAY.
Wrote to Graeme Levin and Don Turnbull about getting
together in London.
Finished the rules for THE GO-ROUND GAME.
Broke 5 swords in THE NINE OF SWORDS when I knocked it off the bar.
Phil & Dale gave me a booklet from "Publisher's Central Bureau"
which I hadn't rcd. Has 4 pages on "Adult Games" - the ones
from Riess. Contains FRENETICS, REX, THIRD DIMENSION, DOVE TAIL, NUTS N' KNOTS, HAPPY CUBES, and a lot more. (Filed in '72 Misc.)
Call from Claude. He wanted the card arrangement he used the
first time we played WHITE ELEPHANTS. He got a letter from
Earl. Earl is afraid he insulted Claude in Albany.
