26 THURSDAY - OCTOBER 1972
300TH DAY - 66 DAYS TO COME

----
Felicia called. She had a call from Bob Johnson. They are get-
ting things ready to exhibit at stationary show and are
very, very busy. He likes FOCUS so much that he is afraid
that he is not objective. He gave it to two other people for
their opinions. We should have an answer in about two weeks.
The option on COUNTER-INTELLIGENCE is being renewed.
Kaplan's puzzle TACTICS is being returned. A number of
testers did all 4 puzzles in 20 minutes.
She has another <s>gam</s> GAME from Mr. White, the inventor fo
CUBITS. She doesn't think it is very good, but she'll show it
to me next time I come in.
Alan Turoff's <s>ch</s> auto CHESS gadget bounces all over. Too expensive
The original owners of WINE CELLAR and CHUG-A-LUG want to sell
their equity in the royalties for $30,000. Felicia is surprised that
Dynamic Design won't buy it themselves. She hears that WINE CELLAR
is selling the best of any of their games.
She hears rumors that 3M may be buying Crisloid. Mainly for their
CHESS sets.
She called to speak to Fabio (see 10/24). He was on jury duty but Fay
Hartog was very pleasant.
Working on S & T column. Did MYWORD!, copied ON-WORDS (from
BOOK WORLD column), did SQUARE OFF, copied THE BOSS, and
started STRATO CHECKERS.
Call from Claude and to Wald with final details on tomorrow's date.
