Called <u>Eve Auchincloss</u> and told her I hadn't been payed [paid] for
my <u>''BOOK WORLD''</u> column. She'll check on that, and <s>wheth</s>
when it will be run.
Wrote up the rules for <u>JUNGLE RACE</u>, making use of a
quick set BB wrote up. BB typed them, finishing up
fairly late. The diagram still has to be added. Actually
BB brought up the point that my original diagram showed
a player going in the wrong direction. I came up with a
new one with her help.

There are ads for Sim. Pub. Games <u>1812</u>, <u>LA GRANDE ARMÉE</u>, and
<u>THE MARNE</u>. <u>Rod Walker</u> discusses <u>ORIGINS OF WORLD WAR II</u> in
his column "Power Politics." St. Martin's Press has an advertisement
for a book <u>THE WAR GAME</u> - with lots of material on tabletop
miniatures.
Made a new layout for <u>POST-HASTE</u>, as shown. Played
with BB on a rough board. Seems O.K.
