<u>Marylin</u> yesterday told the gal at Goodson-Todman
(spelling?) about me. She thought I might be suitable
as a celebrity for "To Tell the Truth." She, Rosanne Kahn,
suggested that I call Andrea Girard. Did. She didn't
think I was right for <s>my</s> her program but connected me

She was interested and asked me to send a resumé and
photograph.
Called <u>Arthur</u>. They haven't heard from <u>Wexler</u> yet. Told him
I'd bring one or two new things. They'll bring <u>OPEN CITY</u>.
<u>Stan Chess</u> (who contacted me after reading <u>''AGOG''</u>) called.
He has a friend, <u>George Bredehorn</u>, who has made up quite a
few games, the bulk of them word games. Stan would
like to have the 3 of us get together, either out in Long
Island where he is now, or here. I begged off for a
few weeks while I catch up. Stand will send me a copy of
Bredehorn's game <u>REQUISITE</u>. <br>
Bredehorn is going to have a large article on him in a weekend
edition of <u>''NEWSDAY''</u> soon, as a teacher who makes up games
and uses them in the classroom. <br>
Stan writes a column on bicycles for the <u>''WASHINGTON POST''</u> and
is trying to get it syndicated. He is also trying to syndicate
some of Bredehorn's puzzles.
Looked at <u>HAVING A WONDERFUL TIME</u> and will bring it for
<u>Wexler</u> to see at the next meeting. <br>
Doing some more thinking on bringing my <u>NEWTOWN</u> up to
date.
<u>Jack Davis</u> called. They have one copy of <u>IMAGE</u> which I can
pick up. Also I can get <u>NEOCHESS</u> and <u>BID & BLUFF</u>. When I
know when I'll be downtown I'll contact him.
Saw an ad for <u>ODYSSEY</u> on TV. No price given.
