ASSUMPTION OF THE B.V. MARY - 138 DAYS TO COME


To A.H. Met Marvin Channing and then Tom Shaw came.
Met Eric Dolt (spelling?) for a few minutes.
Showed Tom ONE AT A TIME BY THE MILLIONS. Discussed the
cheapest ways of having it produced. I suggest squares
of color on the board and cards so that different
colors could be produced by combining a few colors,
while the printing is all in black. They will prepare
an estimate - based on from 1,000 to 5,000 copies
and send the model back to me in about a week.
Gave the Xerox picture with me, ORIGINS OF WORLD WAR II,
and GETTYSBURG to Tom Shaw. The subject of Roger Verhulst's column in the CHICAGO TRIBUNE
came up. Tom Shaw is the one who told Verhulst about
me. He, Tom, has a set of the columns and I
asked him to run off repros for me. He said he would.

BB to Felicia's to pick up the contracts for ANOTHER, DIGIT, FITTING & PROPER, PE-LING, SIT DOWN AND THINK, & SEARCH.
She told Felicia of my trip to Baltimore for WOMAN'S DAY.
