Rcd. a note
Rcd. a note from Ken Hoffman - (I guess) with two letters
about my ''S & T'' column. One asked for info on LENSMAN. The
other suggests that I review EMPEROR OF CHINA.

Rcd. an envelope from Alice McElhone with material on her
brother, his game TRIPPPLES (pretty complete), and a copy of
a review by Vernhuist of ''CHICAGO TRIBUNE'' in which he
gives mentions of TRIPPPLES, A GAME FOR LIFE (which
includes excercising), and SHOVE - IT.

Called Earl to thank him for the invite yesterday. Only Claude
came and didn't stay long.
Claude told me that he had told Earl that he, I, and the
Amberstones were working on games for a company, and that
since it was the Amberstone's contract we couldn't insist that
Earl be included. I told him that I felt bad about it too.
He was understanding.
I'll drive over there some evening as soon as my work load eases.
Omar DeWitt and his wife Sue here for supper. He brought me a copy
of the AHIKS member's booklet. It contains a method of
dispensing with die rolls in international play. Also gives rules
clarifications for the following A.H. hames : AFRIKA KORPS,
ANZIO, THE BATTLE OF THE BULGE, BLITZKRIEG,
D-DAY, LUFTWAFFE, PANZERBLITZ, STALINGRAD,
& WATERLOO. Also a little on the following S & T and SimPub games:
ANZIO BEACHHEAD, BARBAROSSA, BASTOGN,
THE BATTLE OF MOSCOW, THE BATTLE OF STALINGRAD,
CENTURION (TAC 13), COMBAT COMMAND, CRETE,
LEIPZIG, LOST BATTLES, NAPOLEON AT WATERLOO, 1918, NORMANDY, PHALANX, SCHWEINFURT,
He also brought a copy of FRANCE 1940, but I have one.
