24 SATURDAY - JUNE 1972
ST. JOHN, BAPTIST - 176TH DAY - 190 DAYS TO COME

Finished the board for SCOTLAND YARD. Made another key chart
and had 8 repros made at Boston Post Rd.
In evening played with Phil and Annette. Allowing a player to keep
3 interrogation cards at the end of his turn makes it very
difficult to get information on the one an opponent is using.
Decided to reduce the number to 2, so that a player will have
three at the most when he is passing one. Not enough warrant
cards were around so I decided to deal one to each player at the start.

Arthur called and we discussed the matter of games for HASBRO. He
seemed to think that my 50% - 50% to the pot idea sounded O.K.
He'll check with Wald and get back to me.
Arthur said that we shouldn't do business with them unless we
can get at least $2,000 per game as an advance. I said we
could try but I doubt whether we'll get it.
I stsrted thinking about a gambling GAME using 12 dice
with colors on the faces, different arrangements. Choose 3
dice from, say, 4 and bet on a combination of 3 colors and
then throw. Another idea. If a bet is won it can be advanced
to a new bet with a higher payoff. (Very rough idea.)
