Hoi Polloi has taken over Bob's <u>TRI-TAC-TOE</u> and will pay  <br>
him royalties (after the debt is made up I suppose).  <br>
<u>NINE OF SWORDS</u> is just about dead. The royalty check  <br>
Phil just rcd. is for less than $8.00.  <br>
Phil is afraid that <u>S & T</u> overextended by advertising too  <br>
much. He thinks that eventually the ads will pay off but  <br>
in the meantime the company is pinched for cash. Phil is not  <br>
particularly happy grinding out war games.  <br>
While with
