20 SATURDAY - MAY 1972
ARMED FORCES DAY - 141ST DAY - 225 DAYS TO COME
Letter from Mary Hilt. She is sending me FIG LEAF,
DECEPTION, and TAKE A CHANCE. Stancraft is not doing any
games this year except possibly some card GAMEs.
With Helen, Sy, and Mike played COMPUTER BINGO and then showed
Helen PAIR OFF. Nothing was particularly popular, but it was
hot and noisy and I couldn't concentrate either.
(cont. from 5/21) [5/22]
Tom shared a booth with Henry Adams and his "Groupe
Geometrique". Took ad sheet for TINTERSECTION, SCATTER BRAIN,
EGG TIMER, ANGLE-TANGLE, NOT QUITE. (The last 4 were previously
listed as "Lawrence Games (See 2/24 and 3/1) and were then
handled by Urban Systems.)
To Strato-Various. Spoke to Walter Dykoski and told him of
STRATO-TAC-TICS ay Xerox. Told him of difficulty with fitting
tubes in place. He said that some of the tubes are too big
to fit completely into the holes. Took a new booklet of
instruction for both STRATO-TAC-TICS and STATO CHECKERS
(with sample games for the former). Also replaced the
broken piece for STRATO CHECKERS.
To Computer Games. Showed Donald Ebert the picture of
COMPUTAMATIC FOOTBALL at Xerox
