21 TUESDAY - MARCH 1972
81ST DAY - 265 DAYS TO COME
Rcd. the 1971 tax returns from Leonard Willett and
ammended Federal returns for 1969 & 1970. A number of
calls to Leonard and to Boston Road for some repros.
Made the changes in the POTENTIAL rules to adjust for
(7) & (11) instead of (5) & (10). BB typed them and I put in
the diagrams. Got repros at Boston Road.
Made a set of cards for DIALEMMA and played with BB. Good.
After playing thought of this idea for a two-hand game -
probably as an optional rules : - In a continuing move one of
the dotted lines can be ignored if desired and if no
other line is open the move can continue.
Thinking about DRILL FOR OIL. Instead of giving double
gushers by for a lucky throw, let players take a
chance on them. A player calls for a "double gusher". He
must make a total of ten or over to succeed, otherwise
it is "dry". For a "quadruple gusher" he must make a total
of twelve or over. All adjacent oil wells are counted
at all times. Use this change in addition to the one
giving an extra well for getting all in one area. Maybe
it might be better to give two extra.
Rcd. a call from

him my number.
