Didn't work out. It was possible to continually block the  <br>
opponent from reaching a goal.  <br>
In my thinking on this game decided that when 4 played  <br>
each player uses 8 dials, so that there are two on each  <br>
post. The sets in this case are : - All 1's; all 2's; 1-1-3-3; 4-4; 5-3.

In my conversation with <u>Phil</u> learned that the meeting at  <br>
Simulations Office was a discussion about <u>Reiss</u> handling  <br>
the T.S. Games.  <br>
Phil said that ''<u>S & T</u>'' itself just about breaking even.  <br>
The money comes from mail order sales of the T.S. Games.

Rcd. a new board and pieces for <u>NEW TOWN</u>. Also a note  <br>
saying that this is the only copy of the board till May 1st  <br>
and they must have it right back. Wrote, using envelope they  <br>
sent me saying that the exhibit would be 6 to 8 weeks. I'll hold  <br>
the board. How should I return it?
