something about it. The battle is between two equal sides on  <br>
an island. They have no airplanes, artillery, etc., but do have  <br>
boats for transporting troops only. The game lasts a maximum  <br>
of 40 moves. Each player writes out a complete campaign of  <br>
what he intends to do with his offensive armies for each  <br>
move. There are also defensive armies which can be moved  <br>
to meet the contingencies of the situation. (Rough idea.)  <br>
