13 MONDAY - MARCH 1972
73RD DAY - 293 DAYS TO COME

Finished the rules for MASTERPIECE and wrote a letter
to Bill Dohrmann. BB typed them.

Bob Gellman called. I'll go up there Wednesday at 11 to
finalize the slides for HOLIDAY.

Felicia called to see if Dale delivered her message of last Friday.
She sent a covering letter to Bill Dohrmann listing the games
he took with him : - SPELLBINDER, LOTTERY, ESCAPE, and LOG JAM.
(or something like that). This is a manipulative game for which
she had had a model made. She had Bill Garrity of Schaper
in mind for it, but he never showed up. Dohrmann seemed
to like it.
I'll bring her SKYSCRAPERS after my visit with Gellman.
She said that in general she didn't care for puzzles, but
she liked this one.

Bob Hallowell called. Everyone at Reiss seems enthusiastic
about the pencil and paper games. He asked when he could have
the rules for DRILL FOR OIL and I told him I'd send them
today. He'll be putting them out in groups of 6, hopefully
reaching 24. The first 6 will probably be DRILL FOR OIL, TOURNEY, XANDO, HEXOWORD, CONNECTIONS, and AIR BATTLE.
Fred Feucht tried out the games with his family
and liked these. COLD WAR he didn't care for as much.
Bob asked me if other inventors submitted p. & p. games to
him and he took one or more for royalties, would I mind.
Of course not.
Bob wants actual photographs on the boxes, since
they are much more striking than a drawing.
