Called Felicia to tell her. Got answering machine service and she called
me back, not from office. Told her about the 3M check, and
about BAZAAR. She thinks it was probably remaindered.
Told her I couldn't get my column ready today so that I'll be
in town tomorrow. She doesn't know if she'll be in.
I probably drop by and check. We have tosign the HOLIDAY contract, but no hurry.
Called Red. It's O.K. if I bring in my column tomorrow. He rcd. the
picture of LANDSLIDE.
Felicia called again when she got back to her office. Her check hadn't
come.
She spoke to Dick Littlefield lately. He told her about a law game (later
learned from Jack Davis the name was POINT OF LAW) that is out in
the Bookshelf Line. Felicia was upset because of 3M having had
TORTS-THE GAME OF LAWSUITS so long, and whether they had borrowed
some ideas. But we discussed that Jim Kraus had been involved with
TORTS - THE GAME OF LAWSUITS and he and Keith might not let each
other know what they were doing.
I told her that I probably will be calling Keith Tuggle in a few days
to check whether he rcd. FOREIGN INTRIGUE.
