30 SUNDAY - JANUARY 1972
SEPTAUGESIMA - 30TH DAY - 336 DAYS TO COME
My father gave me the clipping from the HACKENSACK RECORD that
his ex-boss sent him.
(cont. from 2/3) [2/3]
Looked at their game WHITE HOUSE, just the board there. Said it
looked like the play was must like MONOPOLY; he said it was.
Gave Bob a copy of S & T #30. He is interested, he says, in
subscribing and possibly advertising.
I asked if he wanted to tell me anything about MOVIE MOGULS. Only
that they still want to do it, and it is now up to Ken.
Bob took me to lunch. I suggested Chock Full of Nuts.
To Felicia. The HOLIDAY contract had a clause that all
patents, copyrights, and trade marks belonged to R.G.I. Then
there was a clause that the Designer could terminate the
contract for default. I added "that all rights, with the
exception of trade marks, will return to the Designer." We both
signed.
