Earl and Claude here
Earl and Claude here for supper. Played two games of
XANDO and they liked it. Allowed free choice of spaces in placing
a marker and that worked well.
Played 4-hand FOREIGN INTRIGUE (including BB). Worked so
well that Claude and Earl wanted to play a second time, which
we did.
Claude asked us some of the questions and puzzles and stunts
from his "Knowledge" GAME. I told him that I had serious
doubts as to whether this is what 3M had in mind.
Claude borrowed the book ''IT IS TO LAUGH'' to get more material.
Rcd. a card from Phil Cohen asking whether I had rcd. the
missing Parton xerox. If not, which is it? (''CHALLENGE AND DELIGHT OF CHESSICAL AND DECIMAL'').
Phil asked if I had a copy of ''ALBION'' Magazine with a CHESS variant.
Rcd. a letter (form) for lawyers for Gerard Dougherty
and Daniel Ferrone concerning their fight with
R.G. Hubbard for control of "Impact Communications, Inc."
