a 2-hand strategy <u>GAME</u> to go with it and thinks that
I am the best one to come up with one. He will send me
four sets. Possibly I can come up with a game for 2 to 4. <br>
Rode to 125th St. on subway with Frank so that we could have
more time to talk. He had to catch a plane.
Later thinking of a <u>GAME</u> idea using <u>TANGRAMS</u>. A board
is divided into spaces of the various shapes. Pieces are
placed on the board in the proper spaces. A player places his own color,
and it must not be placed next to a piece of his own color
already down. After a player has his 7 pieces down he moves one in
turn. Object is to complete certain specified figures. These are on cards.
On one side the figure is broken into its component parts. On
the other side just the outline is shown. (Rough idea).

<u>PROPAGANDA</u>, <u>LIBBERISH</u>, <u>ETHICS</u>, <u>WFF</u>, <u>6TH SENSE PERCEPTION CARDS</u>,
<u>ASTRO TAROT DECK</u>, <u>QUERIES 'N THEORIES</u>, <u>WFF 'N PROOF</u>, <u>YES & KNOW</u>
(which is a booklet with quizzes and games to play alone, using a
marker that brings out invisible printing). Also took the
insides from a prototype set of <u>Gini Scott</u>'s <u>TRIAL</u>. The secretary
also sent a message to Harwell Associates to rush me a copy
of <u>NEW TOWN</u> for the exhibit. It now has a different board
than the copy I have. | |||
To Skunk Works. Called Phil and had him come down to pick up all
the games in the car. While waiting went to Reiss Associates.
Spoke to <u>Carl Eisenberg</u> (who left soon) and he said he'd
get to looking at <u>SPACE STIX</u> and <u>FREE FORM</u> in a few weeks.
Also he'd like to come up for another visit then. Returned <u>AGOG</u>. <br>
<u>Manny Lefkowitz</u> then spoke to me. Complained that the p. & p.
games <u>WILDCAT</u>, <u>AIR BATTLE</u>, etc. weren't ready in time
for Stationery Show. Also he said he thought they were all
games for one player, which he thinks would sell better.
Told him that <u>HEXOWORD</u> could be played alone, but it is
the only one. <br> | |||
I asked about <u>GROOVE</u> and he doesn't think it is one of the
games <u>Bill Knox</u> has scheduled for Stationery Show.
Actually Knox is behind on things that were supposed to be
ready months ago. When I complained about Knox
holding things without an answer one way or the other
he said he didn't want to have anything to do with it. <br>
For Xerox took <u>THE NEXT PRESIDENT</u> and <u>HE-SHE-HIM-HER</u>,
the only real games they have left. <br>
He asked if i had reviewed <u>THE NEXT PRESIDENT</u>
and whether i had given it a good review. Told him that <br>
