Rcd. 1 answer to SLEUTH problem.

Changed the number of stocks in PROFIT, reducing the number
of "Blue Chip" to a range of 1 to 8 and "Green Field" to
a range of 1 to 6. Did this by pasting patches over the cards.

Played with BB and she still was able to accumulate a large
block of "Blue Chip" and make a killing on it.
Played three-hand including Dana. Played O.K.

Called Felicia. She had a letter from Hallmark. Word games
are still hot and they want to see SPELLBINDER, the revised
version. Told her that I had to prepare a new model, and
will get to it as soon as I finish with PROFIT.
Felicia had a letter from Jim Kraus about WILD WOOD PILE and
PLANES. She'll call me tomorrow and read it (I called to
her apt.).
Jake Williams is bringing her a GAME tomorrow which he
is sure she'll flip over.

Called Phil Orbanes. He hasn't heard from Bill Knox about
coming to see me about my PUZZLE ideas. Also he hasn't
rcd. the contract for GROOVE, but he is sure that they will
be putting it out.
Bob Hallowell is still working on producing MANHATTAN MADNESS and
Phil thinks he will lick it. Bob wants to change the name to
FUN CITY and send the first copy to Mayor Lindsey.
SPACE STIX is still being investigated by Hoi Polloi. They are
thinking of molding the pcs. and possibly Renwal will do it. Now
that they are out of Allstate they are performing better.
Some copies of THE NEXT PRESIDENT have been prepared, but it
will be a few weeks before there will be enough for me to get
one.

Phil asked if the names HASSLE and GEOMETRICS had been
used. Told him that Park Plastics had something called
GEOMETRIX - probably a puzzle.

Call from Phil. Bob Hallowell is sending a check for $380
to I-Q for royalties on NINE OF SWORDS thru the end of
August.
We discussed the matter of stock in I-Q for me and I'll get
stock for half of the amount I-Q takes, whether 33 1/3%
or 25%. I'll get a report with each royalty statement and
the shares will be issued twice a year.

Fay Baker called. She is interested in trying to sell
TREASURE HUNT to Pan American Airlines with the gimmick
that after buying a ticket customers can play and
if they win their ticket is free. She is also interested in
selling terminals to Pan Am. Didn't get the details and
