PSYCHADELIC SOLITAIRE and PSYCHDELIC SQUARES (Made up by
someone else and Jerry is agent.) There are a number of plastic
pcs. of different colors and shapes which can be put together
to form a square in a lot of different ways. There is a card
with about 36 of these different ways. As a solitaire
choose one of these and time how long it takes to reproduce
it. Competitively, one player sets up one square and
the others race to identify the one it is. (Rough idea which
could be way off.)
WED-JI - Similar to SOMA or the IMPUZZABLES except that,
instead of cubes, small triangular prisms are used to build
up a large triangular prism. (The head at Lakeside is anxious
to see this, but Jerry is tired of his getting enthusiastic,
and then not taking the item.)
Several small construction PUZZLEs, including the pyramid made
from 2 pieces. I showed Jerry the
PUZZLE I bought in Lucerne (see 10/5). He said why
don't I try to sell it. Because it isn't mine, I answered.
Neither, he said, were some of his puzzles. The companies
pay for finding the items. I told him to take
the PUZZLE and if he can sell it we'll split the money.
He said fine. (The only identification on the plastic case
is 3 Teile + 1 Pyramide, Pussy - Art 2219, Made in West Germany.)
(A sketch of the 3 identical pcs. is as shown on the page opposite.) (The puzzle is rather easy to do.)
SKULLDUGGERY - A dice game played with 6 special dice each
one having the faces as shown : -
[Diagram of six squares. One has a skull. One has an 'x' [crossbones?]. The others have 2, 3, 4, and 5 dots.]
