In LA REVUE DU JOUET saw the following which either I didn't ask Pierre
for or he didn't get: -
FACE A FACE - 5 sliding strips are mounted in a frame so
that 5 pictures on each show at one time. Players in turn move
a strip trying to line up 5 of their pictures in a vertical
or diagonal line. Half of the pictures show a number
or different boys; The other half a number of different girls.
(Rough idea of a children's game)
DIAMINO POKER - Five cubes with letters and numbers
on the faces (i.e. - E-1, K-8). In three throws get longest
word and highest total. (No further details.) [May '71 issue.] [preceding square bracketed item and others like it below were included by the author]
LE MONDE DES AFFAIRES (Mallory -John Laurent). Investment game
(looks interesting). [May '71 issue]
LE CROISILLON (Editions d'Alleyrac) Diagramless X-word puzzle
with plastic letters and black spaces. [May '71 issue.]
BOUM - Word game with Board [Jan. '70 issue]
LES CHERCHEURS (ENATA Editions - 93 Rue La-
fayette-Paris -10c). (Pretty sure this is the same game I got
later in Germany with name GOLDGRABER or CHERCHEUR D'OR
(cont. on 9/11)
