Rcd. a Russian book of puzzles from Lech Pijanowski. Can't put
down a name until my father transltes it for me.

Rcd. two issues of PANZERFAUST.
(Sept. '71 - #45) Contans review of CHAINMAIL and ads for
ALESIA and FALL BARBAROSSA.
(Oct. '71 - #49) Contains review of Guidon Game's DUNKIRK;
An ad for a new magazine BATTLE FLAG; A complete
game POLAND (the board is on 8 sections and I can't get
them to match up at all.).

Called Earl Perel. He enjoyed the meeting last night and wants
to get together again.
He brought up something that troubled him last night. He has
an idea for a GAME which he was afraid was similar to the
Amberstone's BYWORD. It is a game of making chemical compounds
using "element" cards which are laid out on the table.
He says there are also 2 decks. Didn't get all the details
but I don't think there is any problem. Next time, I
said, he should simply tell his idea at the time when
something like this comes up.

Yesterday I gave Anthony Papa a copy of PSYCHE-PATHS for
his birthday. He came in today for me to teach him the
game. Thought him the beginner's version and played one
game with him.

Each player has exactly two bids, ending with the player who's
turn it is. I suggested making the voluntary sale of the right:
to choose the marker an optional rule to be used after players
are familiar with the game.
The fluctuations in the movement of the stock values was
greatly dampened in a new chart.
Claude modified my idea for the purchasing of stock as follows.
Players can buy one share of stock for each share they own. At
the end they can buy a "bonus" share in any type.
Earl & I were still very dissatisfied with the terminating
