FRIDAY 6 AUGUST 1971
Transfiguration
218th day - 147 days to come
Rcd. a glossy picture of BUGS 'N LOOOPS, together with a note.
Rcd. a report on AGOG. I am now $182.43 behind. It would have
been worse but there were $120.78 in book club sales.
Sent the letter to Fabio I promised yesterday.
With BB yo visit Al & Adela Richter.
He had rcd. a Summer Catalog from Brentano's. One of the
things they included was NINE OF SWORDS.

are 4 rings as shown. Each has ten (I believe)
lines marked with from 0 to 3 "beads" on each. Object
is to place them on a spindle so that there are 6
beads in each vertical line.
[Diagram of a round object that has what appear to be beads in vertical columns around the outer side.]
The other was similar to the one on 5/27 but it was
finished with a fancier design, one that went with its
name - HARLEQUIN.
