Letter from Frank Thibault. He has SLEUTH. EXECUTIVE DECISION
me CONTIGO. 3M
is prominently displayed in Penny's in Saratoga. He will send
me CONTIGO. 3M is now interested in doing it. Schaper has
three of his things in the running, including STAGGER STICKS.
Lakeside wants Jerry to do some more IMPUZZABLES.

Rcd. an envelope from Eric Nielsen with rules for HORSE, EUCLID,
ZAG, CARD-BOARD. Mentioned PATHWAYS, PENTOMINO PAIR, and
the DOMINO DOT GAME as not being written up yet. TRANSFERA is
not too original. Sent general idea of TOUCH AND GO and ISOLATION.

Rcd. a package with 3 games from Harry Lee of Four Seasons
publishers:- HAPPY LANDINGS, STRIKES 'N SPARES, KNIGHTS.

To Everyone Products and took SPELLBINDER. Carl was in conference
with his designers. Invited me to stay around for the dis-
cussion of my items, but I didn't have the time.

To Felicia's. Claude and Raymond there. Arthur and Wald later. Tanna
Beebe there and someone named Harry from Columbia University
and Columbia Broadcasting. Then Lillian Vogelin came with 3 girls.
They filmed Raymond and the three girls playing one of Lillian's
games. (She did over 100 games when working for Transogram.)
The four of us sat in Herb Roth's office. Herb asked me if I
had heard of a game, URSALA, which is supposed to be making an im-
pression but he doesn't have any details. I never heard of it. Looked
at OFFICE PARTY. One feature is the winning and losing of chips. When
required to take off an article of clothing may give up three chips instead.
Cards direct players to French kiss, rub against each other, etc.
Asked Herb if he had any glossies of his games. Not one. Told
him about the possibility of AGOG in paperback. He seemed impressed.
He said that WINE CELLAR was talking off. While we were there he
got 600 copies of BODY TALK ordered by Bloomingdale's.
Tanna and Harry interviewed us a little but said they didn't have
enough film to take us.
Claude showed his word GAME, now called THE PURLOINED LETTER
to Felicia and the rest of us. (Rules on large [illegible strikeout] file card.)
There were some similarities to SPELLBINDER (which Claude
never saw) and Felicia said she didn't like it as well.
Felicia said that Hallmark was crazy about DUEL still. Claude
was thinking of submitting his game SUSPENSE to them. (Claude
was surprised that I remembered it.)
Claude told me that when he went to Marboro they had only
one copy of ''AGOG'' in the regular section at 20% off 6.95.
Claude took back PACK MY TRUNK. Felicia tried it many places.
I took back WILD WOOD PILE and FREE FORM.
To Wald's with Arthur (Claude too sleepy to make it).
Played SPECTRUM with Arthur and Wald. By the time we finished
the game they were caught up in it.
We played their game TOWN AND COUNTRY.
