Looked at Lech Pijanowski's two recent letters, preparatory to writing to him.

of Rudy Lopez' LIVE WIRE-QUICK SHOCK. At first she wanted to send it to 3M but when I explained how close it was she agreed that she couldn't. She thinks that the idea of submitting it to be part of the package has good possibilities, but she'll wait until she gets some reaction from them on the one submitted.
She is thinking about limiting the contracts with X to 1 year. They haven't given her an answer yet on her suggestion that the $250 be a closing fee, rather than an advance on royalties.
Told Felicia about the games I saw in TOYS: -MASTERPIECE, which she didn't know about; and RPM, which she did.
I mentioned that I was still thinking about a recycling GAME. She said that she told Natelie Donna [Natalie?] about the promotional GAME for Coca Cola, and I said "fine."

[arrow pointing from lower in paragraph] ships are placed, 1 at the coast of each country, each player having 3. another. Each country has a "capital" in one province. Each player starts with 5 infantry, 2 cavalry, and 2 country, the other pieces are divided equally between the [arrow pointing to top line, likely to insert here] other two countries. Each player also gets $100,000 in cash. Pcs. can be placed at will, but no two in the same province. In each capital, and also in each duchy a disk is chosen at random and placed face down. This represents, by numbers I, II, and III, an unknown defense factor. On top of each capital disk each player places another marker, of which he has three, marked 1/2, 1/3, 1/4. These are also secret, but the player can place each in the capital he wishes. Before starting the game the emperor of the "Holy Roman Empire" is chosen. Each player has one vote, due to his province in the H.R.E. Votes can be bargained for in any way. Deals of any kind can be agreed on but there is nothing to stop a player form backing out (which is true for any deals made). If a majority cannot be achieved, each player chooses a number form 1 to 6 and one die is thrown to determine the vote of each duchy.
Duchies become the property of a player when the player drawers a card saying he has inherited it. And they can change hands by another card or in the following way. A duchy can be captured in the same way as a capital, see below.
