They manufac- ture party games, are planning a "Game-of-the-Month club, and may do satiric GAMEs for a U.S. magazine. (Later heard it was "Ramparts") { Pompadour Dominion, 91 Bloor St. West, Toronto 181, Ontario Canada In Showcase had TRIPLE TILT by Funtastic. In Classified Ads had DOUBLE CROSS - A patented word game. A fun game where up to ten players can enjoy education and laughs in one package. Low manufacturing cost. On a royalty basis. Box 104.
Rcd. a note from Mary Hilt with the total sales for 1970 of TEMPO, ODD OR EVEN, and INTERPLAY. Very bad. The 4th quarter was worse than the 3rd.
Rcd. a letter from Haar Hoolim. HAAR HOOLIM PERCEPTION GAMES sold less than 5000 in 1970. He had a CHESS variation called SLAVE CHESS.
BB typed the article for THE GAMESMAN and I wrote a short letter to send with it.
Gary Sherbell called to ask what was happening with his game- TORTS - THE GAME OF LAWSUITS. I told him what I knew about it but suggested he contact Felicia. He rcd. a catalog sheet on LAWSUIT. It is only a card game; no board.
Henry Pelham-Burn called and then put on his wife, Patricia. She works for the Maryknoll Fathers who have a 15 minute TV program on Ch. 4 each Sunday. She got the idea of a program on MANCALA and would like me to appear on it. O.K. Taping this coming Thursday morning. She got the idea for the program while looking at the the book COUNT AND CAPTURE (Cooperative Recreation Service). It is in the U.N. Library (where Henry works).

She agreed that I was right in not wanting to sign and she would not sign for Connor altho she has power of attorny for him. She will write to Mary that she will not send the games until the contract is straightened out. But I'll still try to get the games ready to go out at the end of next week. (cont. on 3/12)
