Rcd. a letter from Violet I. Gunther of "Choice Antiques." She saw an article on me in GRIT for Dec. 27th and sent me her letter thru Hallmark Gallery. She has an early copy of TOURING for $3.00 if I am interested.

Called Marvin Katz at TOYS but he wasn't in today. Called Jack Davis and told him. He'll order a number of copies of GRIT, including one for me. He'll also send me a listing of publications in which the 3M line was covered; publicity releases.
Barbara Fischer called again (see 12/30) to check on where to meet. Decided on her house - 160 W. 87th St. (Apt. 4C), telephone 787-2642. Time still to be arranged.
Fay Baker called. She is pretty sure that she has a group lined up to do TV computerized games, starting with TREASURE HUNT. She'd also like Claude's mystery GAME. I'll bring up the subject when I see him, but we won't do any work until she has something concrete.
Sent a holiday card with message to John Geiger. Also one to F. Daniel. Told him I'd like to see FRONTGAMMON.
John Grimaldi in for a drink. I told him that I have a games signed with a big company. Later he said that "Hallmark" is one of their clients (he works for a P.R. firm) and they are going into the game business. Told him that they had my games. He will talk to the one in charge of the "Hallmark" account about me. Occasionally they prepare a project which is not used, but it is an expensive business and once they go into it it is usually used.
