Called Rodger Hess about the letter from Bill Caruson (12/21). Rodger said that he had an open mind about the whole deal. It could be any company, not necessarily "3M." Also, it doesn't matter to them if David Frost's name is on the game or not, tho they think it should help. I agreed, but told him about "3M's" reluctance to have anyone's name on their games. Possibly "M.B." or "Parker," being more promotionally minded, might be a better possibly. I brought up the matter of finances. He didn't know what the arrangements were in the game field. I told him some of the usual, such as 57 and licensing coming out of that. He said he is sure we'll work something out fair to all of us.
We left it that I would work on it as soon as I get some other, less speculative, things out of the way. If he finds someone else he will let me know.
