----
To <u>Felicia</u>'s. Brought her three "''New York Magazine''s," including
the one with the 3M ad.
She had had a number of strategy <u>GAME</u>s done by one
person, but he took them back to redo the models
which, Felicia said, were very poor. She is not sure if
he will come back, but she didn't think they were
great.
She had a description of <u>WALKING IN SPACE</u> or <u>SPACE PARTY</u>.
It is not a game, but a pastime. A rubber balloon is painted
so that it resembles the earth as seen from space. The
paint is luminescent in black light. All the lights are tunred
off and the balloon (which is filled with helium) is hit
slowly between the players. To exhance the mood space
helmets and other props can be included.
<u>Jerry Green</u> was just leaving after dropping off <u>FREE FORM</u>.
I said I'd like to try it with him sometime, but he is not
interesting in it anymore. He'd like to see other things.
Felicia said he had taken another <u>GAME</u> from other
sources.
I went next door to <u>Herb Roth</u>. <u>Jerry Green</u> was there.
I asked him the type of <u>GAME</u> he had taken. He said it
was a word game and I said too bad they hadn't
seen <u>SPELLBINDER</u>. He said that their game is based
on betting on word definitions. He was pricing chips for
the game.
Looked at <u>BLACKS & WHITES</u> box and the company listed
on it was:
{ Distr. by Dynamic Design Ind. Inc., 1433 N. Central Park Ave., Anaheim, Cal. 92802
Got a <u>BLACKS & WHITES</u> glossy. But Herb wouldn't give me a copy.
Looked at <u>OFFICE PARTY</u> (Diplomat) and it had stripping,
drinking, and opportunities for physical contact. Item - a
"False Modesty" card allows you to avoid removing a gar-
ment when instructed to.
Told <u>Felicia</u> that I had worked out <u>LIVE WIRE</u>. Suggested that
I meet <u>Rudy</u> to show it to him. She tried the phone and then
dropped him a note.
She called the inventor of <u>INDIAN CHESS</u> again. His lawyer
wasn't satisfied with the liability claus in the X contract.
Felicia had me talk to him. I told him that I didn't care
for it either, but that if we wanted to sell our games we
had to have confidence that X would limit our liability
to our royalties, if anything came up which is not too likely.
To 200 Fifth Ave. Delivered a letter to S&R for Felicia.
To "Gary & Riedel." Mr. Riedel (the short one - I think that's
his name) there. He thanked me for the copy of <u>''AGOG''</u>.
I asked if I could order a copy of <u>''HAAR HOOLIM PERCEPTION GAMES''</u>.
He'll have it for me next week. I said I'd contact "Plan B"
to ask for a copy of <u>CARAPACE</u>. He gave me one.
