When a player throws a seven his turn ends, unless he is  <br>
willing to "cover". He does this by putting another chip on  <br>
each chip in the longest row, which may be as small as 1 long.  <br>
When he adds two more chips next to the "covered" chips  <br>
he has gotten rid of his penalty and may stop in the usual way.
If he throws another 7 before he has added one additional  <br>
