23rd day - 342 days to come

Cancelled checks came back and the one to NAMO Inc. (see 1/22)
and to GAME OF THE MONTH CLUB (N.Y.) both cleared.
The check to Charles Wells (PARLEMENT) for $1 [illegible crossout] (see 8/24/69) never cleared. (I wonder if he ever rcd. it and
my letter.)

Some further thoughts on the first PUZZLE idea of 1/22. Use flat
pieces with notches so that they nest together as shown.

nothing else of interest.

He gave me IN-QUEST. Also the rules for TRADE THE MARKET.
Then Dan Goldberg, who invented it, said he would send me
a game. Took a catalog and info on SPE-LINGO, a word
rummy game. The cards have syllables on some of them,
instead of single letters. (Material filed with 1970 Ad Clips.)
