but that I had to work on my columns. If she feels she
needs me I will come; otherwise no. She said that if
they are any good she will save them for me to see.
Took Felicia to Chock Full of Nuts, buying sandwiches for
the two of us.
Bob Gellman of Research Games spoke to me again and asked if
I would like to visit him at 200 Fifth next week. Told him
that I was busy with writing chores and that, unless there
was a need for rush, I would prefer to wait till towards the
end of November. He said there was no rush at all. His 1972
plans are all compteted [completed?], but he'd like to talk about 1973,
and games in general. Took his card and I'll call.
Rcd. INTERNATIONAL WARGAMER (Vol. 4, #10 - Oct. '71) and
INTERNATIONAL WARGAMER SUPPLEMENT (with Sept. 19, 1971). Nothing
of interest in either.
[arrow split in half, pointing up toward previous paragraph and down toward next paragraph]
[started 11/3]
At Brentano's, Jed Gaines asked me if my SLAM was a lot like
their BRIDGETTE. I told him that there are consid-
erable differences. I also admitted that I haven't played
BRIDGETTE yet, and promised to do it as soon as possible.
